Night time conversations with the monkey

Just a little background:

It's a two-parent job to put this kid to bed most nights.  Chris handles the bath and getting her dressed, and I usually try to clean up her room, get clothes ready for the next day, or just sit in exhaustion in the comfy chair in her room.  Last night, as Chris was trying to get her changed for bed, the little monkey was wriggling around trying to make sure he couldn't get her diaper on.  So he lifted her up to try and straighten her diaper a bit.  Her response to that?  She grabbed the diaper and raised it over her head, while giggling.

Chris: "Why did you do that?"  not expecting an answer.
Monkey: "I a stinker"

What else could we do but laugh...crazy monkey.  

Dinner conversations with the monkey

Me: What are you doing?
Monkey: Makin' a MESS! Muh-ha-ha-ha-ha

Okay, maybe she didn't laugh like that, but she definitely had an evil look on her face when she was ripping up her dinner into tiny pieces before shoving handfulls into her mouth...
