Morning at the beach

We didn't know how she would like the sand and the waves, but after the initial shock of the cold water, we couldn't tear her away!

Happy 4th! Learning some signs...

Our little monkey has managed to learn a few signs at daycare.  We were actually told she was #1 in her class (I'm allowed to brag a little, right?)  Here she is, asking for food probably, and saying "please" in sign language.  Between that and her earnest little expression, it just melts me every time she does it.
